Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries
Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries (Must Have skill)
Experience with SAP Advanced Manufacturing (Good to Have skill)
15 years full-time education
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvements
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation
Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams
AI-first mindset for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation guiding implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases meeting process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems applying across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and maintain process documentation for clarity and consistency across projects
