The role is part of Penumbra’s Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, and serves as a key link between CFSO, IT, the SAP team, Accounting, and Sales Operations.
A strong candidate has a proven record of analyzing processes, collecting business requirements, designing improvements, project management, stakeholder alignment, and change management, plus experience in SAP, GHX, Salesforce, and regulated industries like medical devices.
Develops medical devices for vascular conditions
