Position Overview

Salsify is seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) to join our Core group. This role is crucial for ensuring our Core teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reactive, inbound issues. The Core Group is dedicated to enhancing the reliability of Salsify's foundational systems. As a BPA, you will develop a deep understanding of the platform's relevant areas, share this knowledge with the team, provide guidance on technical questions, and drive documentation updates to minimize inbound requests stemming from a lack of understanding. A successful BPA will be committed to defined SLAs.
