Hands-on experience with SAP for planning, purchasing, managing data, and handling repair/exchange processes
2+ years of relevant experience in Purchasing and business operations
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for working with data, solving problems, drawing insights, and explaining data with recommendations
Good understanding of procurement, supply chain, and inventory management practices
Ability to study data, research markets, and make informed decisions
Quick to learn new tools and adapt to changing business needs
Comfortable researching and consulting experts for fact-based decisions
Team player who collaborates well with different departments

Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure or uncertainty

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Execute order management activities like tracking orders, expediting, cancellation, returns, requesting credit notes, and contacting vendors
Coordinate with multiple teams across the organization for updates, material delivery/availability, receipts, invoicing, and resolving discrepancies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for various projects across multiple regions
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance
Develop and maintain process documentation, including requirement specifications, business process flows, and user manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Provide recommendations and solutions based on data analysis to support strategic decision making
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
Utilize Advanced Excel (complex functions) and Power BI to analyze complex data sets and create meaningful visualizations
