About the Role

As a founding member of our Data Analytics team, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Your contributions will directly shape how data is collected, organized, and utilized across the company. This includes defining our data stack, establishing key metrics and data models, and developing user-level dashboards, ultimately guiding how we leverage data for insights and action.

You will collaborate closely with Executive leadership, Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Finance teams to identify significant trends in strategic initiatives, product analytics, and business performance, thereby informing critical strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to establish modern, scalable analytics and data foundations from inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a modern data stack from the ground up, including developing core data models and owning the tool stack.
  • Own business intelligence reporting across the company, developing dashboards to track ongoing KPIs and conducting ad-hoc analyses to address high-priority questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Engineering, to understand business priorities and initiatives. This includes assisting in the design of OKRs, data tracking, and performance analysis to help shape strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

You may be a good fit if you possess:

  • Ambitions to become a Head of Data in the future.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics roles at a high-growth or scaled technology company.
  • Experience building and maintaining a modern data stack at a high-growth company, ideally owning it from the ground up.
  • The ability to drive in-depth analytics projects end-to-end, encompassing strategic decision-making and operational workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
