Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics roles at a high-growth or scaled technology company, demonstrating expert proficiency in SQL and Python. Strong experience in building and maintaining a modern data stack, ideally owning it from the ground up, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Business Operations & Data Analytics role at Decagon, you will establish a modern data stack from the ground up, including developing core data models and owning the tool stack. You will own business intelligence reporting across the company, including developing dashboards to track ongoing KPIs and conducting ad-hoc analyses to address high-priority questions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Engineering, to understand business priorities and initiatives, ultimately helping to shape strategy and roadmap, and partner closely with Executives, Product, GTM, and Finance to uncover meaningful trends on strategic initiatives, product analytics, and business performance to drive key strategic decisions.
