Responsibilities

The Business Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring entity setup, compliance, and subsidiary management worldwide, including assisting in the development of the global corporate entity structure, establishing new corporate subsidiaries, obtaining legal representation and compliance partnerships, maintaining corporate records, advising stakeholders on plan changes, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of regulatory requirements. They will also manage global corporate insurance policies, assess coverage needs, and identify process improvements for compliance. Furthermore, the role involves staying updated on changes in laws and recommending necessary adjustments, communicating regularly with international teams, and writing reports and participating in meetings in English.
