Requirements

  • Ability to navigate firm systems to manage and execute business needs of Platform Engineering (PE)
  • Accountability and ownership of PE’s ongoing operations, including financial management, vendor management, and talent management
  • End-to-end understanding of the Aladdin ecosystem
  • Ability to empower engineers and operators to deliver on objectives for internal and external client obligations
  • Driven mindset to take ownership of day-to-day business operations, recruiting, and onboarding programs
  • Work effectively with the Head of Platform Engineering and PE COO on administrative requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business operations for Platform Engineering (PE)
  • Manage recruiting and onboarding programs (team-specific, above and beyond standard AE process)
  • Execute on group’s administrative requirements
  • Handle financial management, including resource allocation and prioritization
  • Manage vendor management and software estate optimization
  • Oversee talent management and mobility
  • Work across the leadership team on strategic programs/areas: team strategy, priorities, and objectives
  • Manage governance and leadership engagement
  • Handle communications
  • Manage tech consulting
  • Oversee operating model and engagement (governance, leadership forums, offsites)
  • Ensure connectivity to broader AE forums and governance
