Responsibilities

Support management and operations, including operational improvement initiatives
Provide marketing support
Conduct solutions research
Create data visualizations
Assist with business intelligence
Improve internal business processes (e.g., research ideas, present findings, implement solutions like visitor sign-in)
Handle event planning details (e.g., manage vendors, write invitation content, develop creative themes and decor)
Interview employees about project experiences
Format and analyze data for user-friendly visualizations in Power BI or Excel
Research companies, industries, and technologies (e.g., smartphones, apps, CRM tools) and compile results
Assist with website overhauls using WordPress, focusing on details
Present work to senior management or in lunch-and-learn settings
