Responsibilities

  • Consult with management and stakeholders to define business intelligence goals
  • Learn and understand the data landscape used in reporting (including sales data, marketing spend, etc.)
  • Develop dashboards and create reports
  • Support users in utilizing dashboards and reports
  • Review and validate data and maintain data sources
  • Communicate insights to senior management and across the organization
  • Analyze and synthesize data, reporting findings with recommendations
  • Rotation areas (personalized based on candidate and company needs): Operations, Merchandising, Customer experience, Production planning, Paid marketing, Webshop management, CRM (email/Whatsapp/SMS), Finance
