Fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studies)

Responsibilities

Consult with management and stakeholders to define business intelligence goals
Learn and understand the data landscape used in reporting (including sales data, marketing spend, etc.)
Develop dashboards and create reports
Support users in utilizing dashboards and reports
Review and validate data and maintain data sources
Communicate insights to senior management and across the organization
Analyze and synthesize data, reporting findings with recommendations
Rotation areas (personalized based on candidate and company needs): Operations, Merchandising, Customer experience, Production planning, Paid marketing, Webshop management, CRM (email/Whatsapp/SMS), Finance
