Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • Fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)
  • Enthusiasm for the company's culture

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Own assigned accounts and create business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound lead qualification
  • Leverage Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
  • Qualify inbound leads and pitch the product to interested prospects
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and explain how 360Learning can help
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market and present the 360Learning value proposition
  • Collaborate with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales teams
  • Within 1 month: Finish onboarding, master the pitch and qualification methodology, start qualifying leads and create first opportunities for AEs
  • Within 3 months: Fully master tool stack (SalesLoft, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.), act as a partner to Account Executives, qualify first SQL opportunities, prioritize inbound leads pipeline, forecast performance, polish qualification method to advanced level
  • Within 6 months: Be fully ramped on inbound methodologies, achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads, partner with Marketing to improve lead quality, bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings, research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
  • Within 12 months: Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization, be involved in onboarding new team members
