Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will actively engage with families and Regional Center case managers to increase awareness and drive referrals for NeuroNav’s services, following up with families via email and phone campaigns. They will establish and nurture relationships with Regional Center case managers, conduct educational outreach to inform them about NeuroNav’s offerings, manage and track leads within CRM systems, and collaborate with marketing and care management teams to optimize referral strategies. Furthermore, the role involves attending meetings and events to represent NeuroNav and build community trust, while also performing lead tracking and reporting to ensure efficient follow-up processes.
