Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and above (Business, Management, Game Design, CS, or related field)
Genuine passion for the gaming industry, with first-hand experience as a gamer
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, including setting up personal work plans and driving execution in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with potential partners in the gaming ecosystem (e.g., external game development studios, technology providers, IP holders)
Support negotiations and contract processes under the guidance of senior BD managers, with a focus on co-development projects
Act as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams (dev, design, art, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and alignment during the game development process
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication during partnership execution, ensuring both business and technical requirements are met
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-up action items for both internal and external stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the gaming industry, with a focus on game development trends, technologies, and player preferences
