Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above (Business, Management, Game Design, CS, or related field)
  • Genuine passion for the gaming industry, with first-hand experience as a gamer
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, including setting up personal work plans and driving execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with potential partners in the gaming ecosystem (e.g., external game development studios, technology providers, IP holders)
  • Support negotiations and contract processes under the guidance of senior BD managers, with a focus on co-development projects
  • Act as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams (dev, design, art, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and alignment during the game development process
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication during partnership execution, ensuring both business and technical requirements are met
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-up action items for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to the gaming industry, with a focus on game development trends, technologies, and player preferences
