Requirements

2–4 years of experience in business/data analysis or a related field
High-level understanding of Tableau, QuickSight, Salesforce, and Alteryx—including how these platforms support business processes and BI solutions
Strong grasp of data structures, ETL concepts, and visualization principles
Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CAS Ops stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Support Salesforce-related operations, including data validation, process optimization, and issue resolution
Conduct dashboard testing and validation across Tableau, QuickSight, and other platforms
Optionally, contribute to building and maintaining workflows in Alteryx to streamline data processing and reporting
Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
