Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week within reasonable commuting distance from an office location (alternate locations considered if commuting feasible)
  • Availability for Monday-Friday, 8-5 pm EST work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Work with management to identify and implement projects, programs, and plans supporting business unit and enterprise goals
  • Specialize in organization effectiveness areas (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or support a business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
  • Identify potential issues, project changes, scope data, impacted parties, business partners, and required resources
  • Lead efforts to identify best practices
  • Develop and design processes and systems supporting business needs; design methods for integrating functions and processes
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses
  • Build support for business change throughout the business unit
  • Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting to local and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Lead project prioritization and scheduling for the business unit
  • Provide expertise in culture/change management, process planning, and portfolio management
  • Support execution of the operating plan
  • Manage stakeholder intake, prioritize project requests, and collaborate with teams to translate needs into actionable tasks
  • Align roadmaps, releases, and reporting with organizational goals; facilitate strategic planning by addressing dependencies
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement improvements, and manage enhancement backlogs
  • Oversee project status tracking, coordinate monthly releases and dependencies, and provide regular leadership updates
  • Conduct defect triage, analysis, resolution; support system-related inquiries and IT issue coordination
  • Craft tailored communications and training materials, translating technical changes into business impacts with a strategic communication calendar
  • Promote inter-departmental collaboration, keep teams updated on changes, and attend global calls to manage impacts proactively
  • Translate reporting needs into requirements and work with analytics to ensure data accuracy and validation
