This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The role requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skills include stakeholder engagement and prioritization, managing stakeholder intake, prioritizing project requests, and collaborating with teams; as well as strategic and cross-functional alignment, aligning roadmaps, releases, and reporting with organizational goals.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 - 5 pm EST.
