Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional (Must Have)
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis
Experience with stakeholder management and communication
Ability to develop and present business cases effectively
Familiarity with change management principles and practices
Deep knowledge of D365 SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Work Order Management)
Strong business process mapping (BPMN, gap analysis, requirement gathering)
Experience in UAT, training, and documentation for SCM solutions
Understanding of SCM integrations (Finance, Sales, third-party systems)
Expertise in configuring D365 SCM (WMS, MRP, PIM, vendor/customer portals)
Ability to design and optimize supply chain workflows
Knowledge of D365 security roles, workflows, and reporting
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant (preferred)
15 years full time education

Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
