Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or last year student of Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or final year of bachelor's or master's)
  • Available full time (40hrs/week) for the next 12 months
  • Available to start the internship on February 10th, 2025

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and on-demand analysis of traffic, revenue, gross profit, and quality using spreadsheets and data visualization tools
  • Analyze and present data, generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for products, and provide insights for improvement opportunities
  • Track profitability of customer deals, report internally on project profitability, and suggest next steps for improvement
  • Assist in forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors
  • Provide analytical inputs to support the global solution pricing strategy
  • Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for various processes to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with internal teams on changes in routes, senders, and regulations, providing business insights and requirements
  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to ensure information flow, suggest operational and business improvements, and share good practices and use cases
