  • Connaissance des Garanties Internationales

  • Connaissance sur un logiciel de Trade Finance (un plus)

Responsibilities

  • Recueil des besoins auprès des entités métiers
  • Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et notes de cadrage
  • Organisation et animations des workshops
  • Exécution et suivi des scénarios de test
  • Consignation des bugs et suivi des correctifs
  • Coordination avec tous les acteurs impliqués (Métiers, IT et MOA)
  • Assistance utilisateur et suivi de production
  • Conduite du changement et accompagnement des utilisateurs
  • Intervenir sur des missions de Conseil, de Business Analyst, de Gestion de projet, d’Optimisation de processus opérationnels en environnement Agile ou Cycle en V
