Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will manage and enhance the PlexTrac platform to support cybersecurity reporting and threat exposure workflows. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for platform support, gathering and documenting requirements, creating process documentation, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to translate data into actionable reports and dashboards. The role also involves mapping reporting workflows, testing new features, conducting demos, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
