Requirements

Bac+5 formation (École d’ingénieur, Université or equivalent) in informatique
Significant experience in an Agile environment at the scale of an SI in a large group
Good communicator with proven analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent knowledge of the Banque & Finance sector
Mastery of Agile methods and tools
Mastery of project management
Mastery of operational team management in capex/priorities mode
Knowledge of financial markets functioning, order sending systems, and market data platforms
Motivated by teamwork and comfortable in international teams
Proactive and force of proposal
Able to communicate with different audiences (infrastructure teams, production, editors, business)
Leader capable of federating a team around a common vision

Responsibilities

Document the technical solution implemented
Follow IT aspects of deployment
Ensure respect of budget and deadlines on IT projects
Interact with project stakeholders (raise alerts, serve as IT entry point)
Participate in governance
Follow testing phases
Potentially intervene in recruitment phases
