Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as a data/business analyst (B2B SaaS experience is a significant advantage)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • SQL proficiency (a must); Python and DBT (a plus)
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau - an advantage)
  • An in-depth understanding of the B2B sales landscape & digital data industry (an advantage)
  • Experience with data modeling, data pipeline development, and understanding of ERD concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in working with complex data schemas
  • Ability to use analytical skills to drive business impact
  • Ability to interact comfortably with colleagues, especially around data-related topics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Positive, team-oriented, and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with members of the Go-To-Market organization to leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Design and build dashboards to monitor business KPIs, ensuring data hygiene and integrity
  • Develop models, targets, and tracking reports to measure the effectiveness of Go-To-Market efforts
  • Identify new growth opportunities and foster a data-driven culture within the Go-To-Market organization
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate new data sources, enhancing systems
