Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Adenza / Axiom ControllerView (Nasdaq)
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects or large-scale reporting transformations
  • Strong background in business analysis, data sourcing, and application testing
  • Expertise in financial products, accounting principles, and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to propose creative, sustainable solutions
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
  • Experience in accounting, audit, or data management within financial institutions
  • Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and SQL

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting initiatives, from design to production rollout
  • Define and execute the transformation roadmap for the reporting architecture and workflows
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with strategic goals
  • Partner with global teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and data integrity across platforms
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools or technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to present architecture recommendations and solution proposals
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and communication to ensure successful delivery
  • Promote best practices in documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
