Capability to facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Facilitate discovery sessions with process owners and stakeholders to document current-state processes
Create SOPs for planning and execution teams
Document requirements for knowledge management
Develop detailed current-state process maps depicting how work is performed today across functional teams
Design future-state process flows that reflect optimized workflows as configured in Workfront or other SaaS tools
Create RACI charts that clearly define process ownership, accountability, and roles for each workflow stage
Develop swimlane diagrams for intake, approvals, project execution, and asset workflows
Translate process discussions and stakeholder inputs into accurate visual representations and supporting documentation
Ensure alignment between process flows, governance models, and system configurations
Collaborate with technical writers and system administrators to maintain consistency across documentation deliverables
Use visual documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio or Miro to produce professional, shareable process diagrams
