Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with key internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand and resolve complex business challenges across multiple services
- Analyze and gather detailed business requirements, transforming them into complete technical specifications
- Communicate with UX/UI specialists, Product Owners, and project managers to define scope, plan, and successfully implement projects
- Prepare and present comprehensive presentations and solution proposals to stakeholders
- Be responsible for preparing and managing technical requirements throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Initiate and lead collaboration with development teams, providing recommendations and clarifications during implementation
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring alignment with business needs, and facilitate prompt resolution of identified issues
