We're seeking an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst to lead initiatives in our Sales & Distribution processes. This role will be pivotal in optimizing SAP functionality across order-to-cash workflows, enhancing pricing strategies, and supporting global rollouts and system upgrades. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, logistics, finance, and IT to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

What You Will Do

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP SD pricing procedures and configuration.
  • Lead analysis and support of the full order-to-cash (OTC) process within SAP, ensuring seamless integration across business units.
  • Spearhead SAP SD initiatives in system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements, partnering with stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, logistics, finance, and IT to align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Configure and optimize key SD components such as sales documents, pricing conditions, billing, and delivery processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SD issues, providing high-quality support across departments.
  • Foster a team-oriented approach by actively participating in group problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and agile delivery practices.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation and facilitate workshops to drive user adoption and ensure operational readiness.

What You Need

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD modules. No exceptions!
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and SAP SD integrations.
  • Proven experience in pricing procedures, billing, delivery management, and customer master data.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Competitive Salary

The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $88,000 - $110,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
