Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 6-8 years demonstrated ability as business/data analyst in commercial and/or finance domain
  • Knowledge within financial domain highly preferred (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, pricing management)
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing robust analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards
  • Good ability to perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and translate business problems into testable hypotheses and analytical solutions
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 10-20%

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement effective IT solutions that support Supply Chain operations
  • Develop clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) outlining business needs, solution scope, and measurable impact (e.g., ROI, efficiency improvements)
  • Design, test, and enhance dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) that transform complex data into intuitive, actionable insights
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and technical designs
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data sources and analytical outputs
  • Communicate project progress, key findings, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and execution across analytics initiatives
