- BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Ability to work hybrid (1-2 days per week in-office); must reside within reasonable commuting distance from posting location(s), unless accommodation granted
- If assigned to Government Business Division, subject to additional requirements including stringent background checks/government clearances, segregation of duties, role-specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business and IT to translate complex business needs into application software
- Analyze complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
- Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs
- Develop project plans and identify/coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit
- Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing
- Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues
- Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team
