Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), specifically implementing and maintaining 834 and proprietary eligibility, COB, and group files for various health plans
  • Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week (hybrid/virtual policy; must reside within reasonable commuting distance from posting location(s), unless accommodation granted)
  • For Government Business Division roles: compliance with additional requirements such as stringent background checks, government clearances, segregation of duties, role-specific training, monitoring, and sensitive data handling

Responsibilities

  • Translate basic business needs into application software requirements
  • Analyze business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
  • Determine specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs
  • Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing
  • Act as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of innovative end-to-end frameworks for processing eligibility exchanges, ensuring they meet business needs and industry standards
  • Facilitate discussions with plans and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements, review test cases, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables, communicating effectively throughout the process
