Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and evaluate medium to complex qualitative data; perform statistical analysis and present findings to support business needs
Develop, implement, and maintain report templates including automation, formatting, and data presentation for efficient, timely, and accurate delivery in conformance to corporate standards
Work cross-departmentally to gather business requirements, set priorities, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Consolidate and summarize data from various platforms; understand and document new data sets in different formats
Provide regular file updates for timely audits of existing reports and files
Monitor accuracy of data outputs to ensure proper KPIs/metrics are presented
Check relevance of outsourced data to ensure items are necessary and valid for audiences
Participate in BCP (Business Continuity Program)
Manage EAS Google Group email box and provide timely responses to status updates and requests from internal team members and business leaders
Maintain and update WFM Request Tracker, WF Databases, and other WF-related files
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
