Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing data, identifying problems, and recommending improvements to processes and systems
Translate business requirements for automated processing of Insurance Processes into development outcomes
Write user stories that clearly capture requirements, align stakeholders, and guide development with actionable, testable insights
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum Teams (possibly), and serve as a backup for another Scrum Master
