Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and statistical oriented software
Experience with continuous improvement and process efficiency
Experience developing analyses using large datasets
Proficiency with tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions), Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and track measurements to measure business and financial performance
Support forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities
Develop dashboard tools that deliver clear, applicable insights to business leaders
Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes
Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage
Document finance processes and reporting standards to ensure scalability and continuous improvement
Enhance reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle
