Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology or Business Information Systems
3+ years of experience in a similar role within the payments industry
Solid understanding of acquiring systems, payment processing workflows, and integrations
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and translating requirements
Responsibilities
Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Map and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to solution design, supporting across discovery, design, build, test, and delivery phases
Create comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, data flows, system interactions, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business rules
Lead backlog planning and refinement activities, translating business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Work closely with teams to develop visuals such as UML diagrams, wireframes, system/data flow diagrams that clarify requirements
Work with delivery teams to plan, prioritize and coordinate work, ensuring successful implementation of requirements and process improvements
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to capture user needs, business objectives, and system capabilities and ensure ongoing alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to refining business analysis practices, tools, and processes
