Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 or more years of related experience
Uphold the organization’s cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents

Responsibilities

Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands
Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis
Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap
Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process
Represent customers by collaborating with all IT Teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure that business requirements are understood and that solutions meet expectations
Understand business processes and systems for assigned customer areas and act as a liaison for the customer area between IT, product teams, and the customer
Manage and successfully deliver moderate to high complexity projects
Apply broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems
