Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
5-9 years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar, interfacing between business and development
Proficiency in the card processing industry
Technical proficiency in C#, MSSQL, or equivalent programming languages and database query tools
Ability to manage and lead cross-team projects with multiple development teams, internal and external partners
Analytical and innovative thinker
Proficient in leadership and teamwork skills
Proficient in communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Commitment, accountability, transparency, integrity, and partnership
Familiarity with agile methodologies (LEAN, AGILE (SCRUM and SAFe)) and Waterfall project management
Proficiency in various office software products

Responsibilities
Create requirements, manage prioritization of work, and determine acceptance criteria for development teams based on payments industry knowledge and IT experience
Troubleshoot and identify gaps in existing systems/processes (e.g., manual processes for automation, tracking systems, security risks)
Assist in evolving team processes and drive continuous improvement based on Agile delivery experience
Contribute to future roadmaps and planning based on industry experience and insights
Lead change management and release processes for products based on ITIL and company best practices
Establish strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team to deliver projects on time
Maintain alignment between Product Management, Program Management, Development Teams, and Customer Service
Negotiate product offerings with stakeholders to determine optimal minimum viable product (MVP)
Lead agile ceremonies, especially sprint planning and backlog sessions
Craft product documentation, including quickstart guides, product manuals, and business processes
