Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Banking, Actuarial Science, or Finance, which is preferred. Strong communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication, are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support team collaboration and inclusion. Proficiency in technology, particularly experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, is a plus.
The Bulk Negotiations Specialist will build relationships with external partners to assist in negotiating delinquent accounts for clients, providing oversight to client finances and determining the best plan of action for resolving client questions and requests. They will utilize various tools and resources to group together common debts from numerous clients in an effort to enhance the strength of negotiations with a given agency, consistently displaying a passion for helping people with an outstanding focus on the clients' needs, and managing account queues effectively through time management and multitasking abilities. They will also perform other duties and special projects as required.
