- Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência comprovada de pelo menos 5 anos em supply chain/logística, preferencialmente em ambientes multinacionais
- Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel
- Habilidades organizacionais e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas em ambientes dinâmicos
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade de colaboração com diferentes áreas e stakeholders
- Perfil orientado a resultados, com foco no cliente e tomada de decisões ágeis e eficazes
- Disponibilidade para atuar aos sábados em regime de revezamento e em feriados prolongados (pontes), conforme necessidade operacional
- Inglês intermediário
Responsibilities
- Identificar e viabilizar oportunidades globais para atendimento de demandas locais, atuando como elo entre diferentes regiões e unidades de negócio
- Desenvolver e supervisionar soluções logísticas que garantam o cumprimento de prazos, rotas eficientes e entregas pontuais
- Gerenciar custos logísticos em alinhamento com os objetivos orçamentários e operacionais da empresa
- Colaborar com áreas como serviços, comércio exterior, fiscal, armazéns para garantir integração fluida das operações e atendimento às necessidades dos clientes
- Propor melhorias contínuas em processos e sistemas, com foco em eficiência operacional e redução de custos
- Apoiar áreas como transporte, estoque e logística reversa, assegurando visibilidade e controle dos ativos em campo
- Atuar conforme procedimentos operacionais padrão, com foco na qualidade das entregas e na experiência do cliente
- Coordenar as atividades relacionadas à entrega de soluções e serviços aos clientes e stakeholders internos e externos, assegurando a qualidade das entregas sob supervisão direta ou conforme instruções e procedimentos operacionais previamente estabelecidos
