Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, is required, along with experience in Web3 marketing techniques.
The Brand Strategy Lead will develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with the Arbitrum Foundation’s business objectives, define the brand's value proposition, and create a strong brand identity. They will establish brand guidelines, execute integrated marketing campaigns, leverage various marketing channels, and partner with influencers and media outlets to increase brand awareness. The role involves monitoring brand sentiment, creating a seamless brand experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and updates, as well as establishing KPIs and analyzing brand metrics to optimize performance.
