Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategic (internal/external) communication or PR
  • Experience with stakeholder work or change/transition communication
  • Strong writing skills, willingness to write (including with AI), ability to make complex matters clear
  • T-profile: broad communication base + depth in stakeholder/change communication
  • Fluent in Dutch (NL)

Responsibilities

  • Shape and roll out projects/trajectories in employer branding, change & transition, and ESG/MVO
  • Set up stakeholder mapping, analyses, and engagement plans
  • Facilitate co-creation sessions & workshops at client side
  • Manage priorities, governance, and KPIs
  • Develop and safeguard brand-sensitive communication: tone of voice, guidelines, consistency
  • Project management from strategy to "bon à tirer": monitor timing, budget, ensure quality
  • Measure, learn, and adjust towards results: reporting, feedback loops, iteration
  • Work regularly on-site at clients (depending on ongoing assignments)
