  • Lead the development of annual market activation plans, focusing on 3-year growth drivers and cross-functional team leadership
  • Drive superior execution of marketing plans and campaigns to bring the brand strategies to life, including media, creative development, and digital programs
  • Manage brand equity: successful deployment and localization of global toolkits & Drive innovation strategy through flawless execution of global innovation vision board
  • Manage the parodontax brand P&L, optimizing budget allocations to maximize return on investment
  • Support and mentor junior marketing associates, fostering a culture of learning and development
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Tracking of results on key brand and programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance versus Key Performance Indicators
