Responsibilities

  • Provide support to consumers via Certilogo’s Help Desk interface and email communication
  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders and Account Management to support client investigations and enforcement actions
  • Offer proactive suggestions for workflow improvements to enhance response times and automate processes
  • Handle daily email inquiries regarding product authentication issues, providing comprehensive assistance
  • Analyze user information, actions, and responses during the authentication process using the Certilogo backend
  • Compare user-submitted photos of the product and authenticating elements with physical or digital samples in the Certilogo archive
  • Build comprehensive responses using available templates on the backend
