Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, web design, and video production/editing skills. Experience working with visual design systems across various digital, physical, and social brand touchpoints is required, along with proficiency in web design and editing tools like Framer. The candidate should also have experience leading other specialists such as motion designers, artists, photographers, developers, writers, strategists, marketers, and external agency partners, and should be familiar with using generative AI tools for image, video, and sound generation.
The Brand Designer will contribute to brand development across product, marketing, enterprise, social, and internal channels. They will design marketing sites, social media templates, merchandise, and other materials that elevate the brand and visual communication. The designer will evolve Luma's visual identity in collaboration with the brand, marketing, and design teams, and collaborate with product teams on high-level art direction for product-related communication. Additionally, they will develop templates, educational, and onboarding materials to assist users in learning how to use Luma's products and inspire innovative usage.
