Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast-paced creative environments
  • Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma
  • Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration
  • Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating
  • A plus if you have experience with basic motion skills and light video editing for social

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to concepting and visual development for campaigns, social content, paid media, and CRM moments
  • Translate concepts into polished, platform-native executions that ladder into broader campaign ideas
  • Develop high quality design assets across channels—static, light motion, and short-form edits—delivered quickly across channels and optimized for performance and clarity
  • Adapt and version creative for multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistency and craft
  • Create work that feels fresh, intentional, and aligned with campaign and brand direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support campaign needs from brief through idea to execution
