Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of new MasterClass offerings by turning strategic briefs into bold, conceptual campaigns
- Design and deliver assets across the entire marketing funnel—from OOH and organic social to paid ads and product touchpoints
- Build scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks that drive consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and ensure creative impact
- Evolve our visual identity across brand extensions and new products
