Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Head of Creative and Copywriter to concept and execute integrated campaigns
  • Define the motion principles, visual rhythm, and system guidelines that bring the brand to life dynamically
  • Mentor and inspire internal and external designers, raising the standard for creative quality, motion, and design systems
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and People teams to ensure brand consistency and impact
  • Push creative boundaries while keeping clarity, scalability, and storytelling at the core
  • Experiment with new tools, AI, and automation to drive both craft and efficiency
