Responsibilities

Reconcile bank accounts regularly, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly to ensure financial accuracy
Process bills and invoices with precision, ensuring timely payments to vendors and maintaining accurate data within the accounting system (Xero, MYOB)
Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing workpapers, generating financial reports, and ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded
Collaborate with other finance team members to support various accounting tasks and projects, providing insights and suggestions for financial management
Maintain meticulous records and ensure data accuracy in all aspects of bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance
Communicate with clients as needed to gather information, clarify discrepancies, and provide exceptional service in managing their accounts
