Responsibilities

The Bookkeeper will reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records in Xero Payroll and Superannuation, prepare fortnightly payroll and ABA files, ensure timely superannuation processing, monitor and report on outstanding invoices, prepare and summarize payable items for approval, generate ABA files, collaborate with the Accountant and CFO on GST, BAS, and IAS reporting, ensure weekly reconciliations are completed, respond to internal finance queries, liaise with the Admin team, and maintain confidentiality in all financial communications.
