Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with a valid BCBA certification, possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Applicants should have at least three years of experience working as a Behavior Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical guidelines. Experience in conducting behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is highly desirable.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized Treatment Plans of Care, and create measurement and data collection systems. They will provide case oversight, ensuring compliance with BACB standards, and motivate and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to effectively implement treatment plans. The BCBA will also attend team meetings to drive client outcomes and performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on providing high-quality ABA treatment.
