Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis, and have at least three years of experience applying ABA principles in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards is required, along with experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing treatment plans.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized Treatment Plans of Care, oversee Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), provide case oversight and mentorship, attend team meetings, conduct Family training, handle billing and documentation, and participate in regular meetings with other staff members to drive client outcomes and performance.
