Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They should have at least three years of experience implementing and evaluating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs, along with strong knowledge of BACB standards and ethical guidelines.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide parent education and consultation, supervise behavior technicians, ensure treatment plan fidelity, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, and manage billing and documentation for clinical activities. They will also motivate and mentor RBTs, attend regular meetings with BCBAs and other staff, and participate in research, symposium, and poster opportunities.
