Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services. They should have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, ethical guidelines, and BACB standards, along with experience in conducting behavior assessments and designing treatment plans.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct behavior assessments to determine client needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans of care, provide case oversight and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), motivate and train RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct family training, and manage billing and documentation for all clinical activities. Additionally, the BCBA will be responsible for attending regularly scheduled meetings with other staff members, attending monthly client outcomes reviews, and contributing to research and professional development opportunities.
