Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least three years of experience applying ABA principles. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the BACB standards is required, along with the ability to design treatment plans and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
The BCBA will conduct behavior assessments, design Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight ensuring compliance with the BACB, motivate and mentor RBTs, attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, and provide family training. They will also be responsible for billing and documentation, attending regular meetings, and maintaining a strong focus on research, symposium, and poster opportunities.
